(Crookston, Minn.)- The University of Minnesota, Crookston Men’s Basketball team returns to action on Tuesday, November 23 and Saturday, November 27. The Golden Eagles will travel to Mayville State University on Tuesday and host Cross Roads College in their home opener on Saturday. Tip-offs will take place at 7 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively.

The Comets have an overall record of 3-1 after dropping a 77-73 decision at Minnesota State University Moorhead on Friday evening. Going into their game against the Dragons, Mayville State University was led by Shavonte Samuels who was averaging 23.3 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. Wiley Jiles was averaging 14.7 points and seven rebounds per game. Ross Aman was averaging 11.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game while Adam Edwards was averaging 10.7 points per game.
