USCHO.com DI hockey poll

GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The University of North Dakota has climbed two spots and is now ranked No. 17 in the most recent USCHO.com Division I men's poll released earlier today.

UND, which has lost just once in the last nine games (7-1-1), is coming off of a 3-1 non-conference win over Clarkson Saturday night at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg.

Defending NCAA champion Minnesota Duluth was the unanimous No. 1 in this week's poll after receiving all 50 first-place votes. Ohio State maintained its No.2 ranking, while No. 3 Notre Dame, No. 4 Boston College and No. 5 Minnesota rounded out the top five.

UND will host Minnesota on Friday and Saturday at Ralph Engelstad Arena in Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) action.
