The MSUM Dragons will host their annual
Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day at Dragon basketball this Friday at 6:00pm
and 8:00pm. All MSUM faculty and staff will receive free admission with a valid
school ID.
"Our faculty and staff are incredible," said Athletics Director Doug Peters. "Faculty are winning awards left and right and our staff are second to none. It's great that we can thank them for everything they do for us and our student-athletes."
"As a high-school teacher and now a professor," said Dr. David Tack of MSUM's School of Teaching and Learning. "Students have always told me how much they appreciate seeing their instructors at their events. I see it as a vital way to view another important aspect of who they are, and create one more opportunity to see another positive way in which our talented students represent our university."
The games on Friday are against the University of Sioux Falls with the women's game starting at 6:00pm and the men's tipoff is scheduled for 8:00pm.
