USA Today/USA Hockey Mag poll

The U of M Gopher men's hockey team is ranked second in this week's USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll released earlier today. North Dakota is ranked No. 5.

UND finished the season with a 26-13-3 overall record and advanced to the NCAA West Region championship game, where it fell 5-2 to Minnesota on Sunday.

UND also captured their league-record third straight Broadmoor Trophy as WCHA champions and earned the No. 1 seed for the regional tournament.

Top-ranked Boston College, which has won 17 straight games, retained its spot atop the poll, followed by the Gophers at #2, Union #3 and Ferris State at #4.
