Haeg, a senior from Lake Shore, Minn., collected eight knockdowns, two decleaters, and the NDSU line did not allow a sack or quarterback hurry in last week's 28-7 win at South Dakota State. Haeg graded out at 94 percent on technique.
This is the fifth career award for Haeg, who was selected for the award after last month's Weber State game.
No. 2-ranked North Dakota State (3-1, 1-0 MVFC) hosts No. 10-ranked Northern Iowa (2-2, 0-1 MVFC) in the 95th annual homecoming game at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome.
