NDSU 2016-17 Men’s Basketball Schedule

FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State men’s basketball team has finalized its schedule for the 2016-17 season, head coach David Richman announced Thursday. The Bison will play 13 home regular-season contests and one exhibition game in the new Scheels Center on campus.

NDSU opens the year at home, hosting Arkansas State on Nov. 11 and Minnesota Morris on Nov. 13. Other non-conference home games include Waldorf (Nov. 22), North Dakota (Dec. 7) and UC Davis (Dec. 14).

NDSU’s slate of road games before league play is highlighted by contests at Missouri State (Nov. 27), Xavier (Nov. 29) and Arkansas (Dec. 20).

The Bison will play North Dakota twice in the same season for the first time since 2004.

Summit League play opens on Dec. 28, with the Bison traveling to South Dakota State. The Bison have a season-long three-game homestand from Feb. 4-11, hosting South Dakota, South Dakota State and Denver consecutively.

The first-ever event at the Scheels Center at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex will be an exhibition game against Concordia Moorhead on Nov. 2.
