Bison Wrestling Club Coaches Clinic

FARGO, N.D.--North Dakota State University's fourth annual Bison Wrestling Club Coaches Clinic is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex at 1600 N. University Dr. in Fargo.

Registration/brunch will be from 10-11 a.m. and lunch from 12:15-1 p.m. at the SHAC on Friday. Cost for the clinic is $100 for first registered coach and $75 for each additional coach. Register early, prices change from $150 for first coach and $125 for each additional after Oct. 15.

The clinic schedule begins with a welcome from North Dakota State head coach Roger Kish. It will feature presentations on technique from NDSU assistant coaches Jarrod Garnett and Matt Nagel, along with former NDSU All-American and U.S. Greco-Roman National Team member Hayden Zillmer, and NDSU volunteer assistant Chase Nelson. The clinic also includes observation of the Bison practice, presentation on strength training and nutrition from NDSU assistant strength and conditioning coach Ryan Napoli, and a question and answer period.
