CROOKSTON,
Minn. – The
University of Minnesota Crookston football program will hold an individual
football camp Sun., July 23 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the University of
Minnesota Crookston campus.
The
camp is for students going into grades 9 through 12 and will be a non-contact,
non-padded football camp and will include: combine testing, position specific
coaching, speed/agility training and competition drills. In addition, campers
will be given important information relating to the recruiting process
including academic eligibility and the character components that make or break
a football career.
The
camp will being with check-in at 12:30 p.m. at the UMC Wellness Center. The
camp has helped to produce nine current Golden Eagles.
The
registration fee is $35. Last year, the program set a record with 70
participants. The Golden Eagles will look to build on that number for the 2017
camp as they continue to grow the camp. If you have any questions pertaining to
