Two
individuals and a team will be added to the Northland Community and Technical
College Athletic Hall of Fame 2017 induction ceremony, that will be held in the
Gunderson Commons on the Thief River Falls Northland Community & Technical
College campus, on February 18th, 2017.
The
newest inductees include Rick Looker (Hockey/Baseball), Amie (nee Salvhus)
Erickson (Volleyball) along with the 2006-2007 Northland Men’s Basketball
Team. There will also be a tribute to long time sports editor at the
Thief River Falls Times Mike Lundgren, who covered Northland athletics for 47
years. Social begins at 6 p.m. The banquet will start at 6:30 p.m.
Cost of the banquet is $25 per person; $8 for ages 12- under. For banquet

Northland
also plays host to Central Lakes for basketball games that day with the women’s
basketball starting at 1 PM, and the men’s game at 3 PM.
I'm wondering if there is a way to make a reservation at the last minute for this banquet..? I called the number listed to make reservations and left message. I did this assuming I won't get a returned call because it is Saturday. If anyone knows if there are some open seats available or who to contact for this info, I'd appreciate if you would contact me ASAP. Thank you!
