ELMHURST,
Ill. – North Dakota State junior guard Paul Miller was named the Summit
League Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for his performance in two
victories over South Dakota State on Dec. 28 and Omaha on Dec. 31 to
open league play.
- Miller’s first career Player of the Week honor
- Played all 40 minutes, scored 21 points, matched a career-high with 10 rebounds, and dished out a career-best six assists to record a double-double in a league-opening road victory at South Dakota State, snapping the nation’s second-longest home court win streak
- Totaled 22 points with six rebounds in home victory over Omaha
- Averaged 21.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists to help the Bison to a 2-0 start in league play
Miller is the second Bison to earn Summit League Player of the Week honors this season, joining senior forward Dexter Werner.
