MC4QL 5K/10K Run Walk

Mahnomen County for Quality of Life Project (MC4QL) is hosting a 5K/10K Run & Walk Saturday, August 24^th in conjunction with Wild Rice Day.

Get signed up for the MC4QL 5K/10K Run & Walk set for Saturday, August 24^th at 9:00am!

The cost is only $5 for the 5K – $10 for the 10K through August 18^th when cost will increase.

The entry fee includes:  a T-shirt for the first 100 signed up, snacks after the race, water during and after the race plus a chance at door prizes from local business sponsors.

All proceeds will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The Run will start and finish at the Mahnomen County Fairgrounds. Race day registration will be available from 7am to 8:30am, with the Run/Walk beginning at 9am.

An electronic timer will be available at the finish to see your time as you cross!

Prizes will be given for top three male and female finishers in both races
