(Crookston,
Minn.) – The University of Minnesota, Crookston Golden Eagle Baseball program
today announced the signing of Cody Pamperin (Shakopee, Minn.) to a National
Letter of Intent for the 2013-2014 season.
A 6-0, 180
lb. right-handed pitcher from Shakopee High School, Pamperin was named
Shakopee’s Baseball Rookie of the year in 2012. He was also named All-Missota
Conference.
“Pitching is always a major need when it comes to recruiting and Cody Pamperin is an excellent addition for us,” says Golden Eagle Head Coach Chris Vito. “We are excited th at he has chosen the University of Minnesota Crookston and look forward to a great four years”
Cody intends
to major in Golf and Turf Management at the University of Minnesota Crookston.
He is the son of Chuck and Liz Pamperin.
