BEMIDJI, Minn. -- Bemidji State University, BSU men’s hockey and the Bemidji Regional Event Center have announced several ticket specials for this weekend’s nonconference series with Northern Michigan University.
In an effort to help restock the Bemidji Community Food Shelf this holiday season, BSU and the BREC will discount single-game tickets for Friday or Saturday $5 to all Beaver hockey fans that donate a non-perishable food item at the BREC box office a the time of ticket purchase. The Bemidji Community Food Shelf provides emergency food to Beltrami County families and/or individuals who have short term, emergency food needs.
In addition, high school or college students that present a valid school/university ID at the box office at the time of purchase will be eligible to purchase a $5 ticket to sit in the Bemidji State student section either evening.
Finally, Saturday, Nov. 27 is Bemidji Youth Hockey Night at the BREC. Area youth hockey players wearing their team jerseys can purchase single-game tickets for just $12. The youth are also invited to bring their skates to “Skate with the Beavers” immediately following the game.
