WHEN:  Friday, August 17, 2012 Shotgun Start @ 1 p.m., Registration begins at noon.

WHERE:  The Heart of the Valley Golf Course in Ada

FORMAT:  4-person scramble

Golf Entry Fee: $40.00 per golfer

Fee Includes:

1. 18 holes of golf
2. Meal
3. Door prizes & awards
4. Chances to win hole and game prizes (Vegas Hole, Chipping Contest, Half the Pot and Others)
